How does the coaching begin?

Our first meeting is very important to the coaching process. Many aspects of the coaching programme will be discussed and initiated. This is a substantial (often approaching 4 hours) meeting and can be spread over 2 days if needed due to pressures of time within the business.

Everyone starts with a setup meeting and you’ll invest this time as your coach enquires into your business and records as many details as possible about you and your business, your personal and business goals, your personal and business challenges, your sales, your marketing, your finances, and much, much more.

The intent of the setup meeting is to obtain a current picture of the business, to clarify or help start to set your personal and business goals and to accumulate all the information needed to build your coaching file and the coaching plan for the next 12 months.

A coaching plan is not a business plan but a customised step by step approach to the 52 weeks of coaching leading to both personal and business progression.
